This is Maurice, a RED Spy.
Someone asked me how he smokes through his balaclava. I think he has his lips pinched around the fabric and is smoking through it, which probably filters it so much that it negates the effects of actually smoking. What is more important is that Maurice is probably as clever as the Pyro who wears a birdcage on his head.
