He’s meant to look creepy, like Char’s in-game Heavy, who is creepy.

So @charnanigans asked me to draw her Trucker Heavy for an in-game spray in Livestream tonight. Trucker Heavy happened because her Heavy has the All-father equipped with the Mann Co. hat, which makes him look disturbingly like a trucker. And, well, now he has a hula girl. :D
